SEYMOUR-JACKSON COUNTY, INDIANA LABOR POOL

The Indiana Department of Workforce Development (in cooperation with the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics) provides monthly unemployment rates for Indiana and its 92 counties.

In addition to its local labor force, Jackson County attracts at least 30% of its workforce from surrounding counties, primarily Jennings, Scott and Bartholomew counties, as well as Lawrence and Washington counties.
